Shipping Time

Our products can be shipped from/by many different manufacturers. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.


Shipping Methods

Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Carrier Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Please do not hesitate to email us at support@iStunyou.com if you need assistance.


Manufacturers Defects & Returns Policies

iStunyou.com can offer you a 30-day money back guarantee on MOST of our self defense products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. We only ask that you read the following guidelines. We do not pay for return shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase this does not mean iStunyou.com did not pay any shipping charges we simply passed along a courtesy savings to you for your order. We will deduct what the shipping charges would be for the items returned from the original purchase price. This is calculated by ups.com, our shipping provider. Please feel free to email us at support@iStunyou.com if you need assistance or have questions.

Stun Guns

If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, email support@iStunyou.com for shipping address and instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE  RMA #’S ON THE LABEL WILL BE  REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

iStunyou.com DOES NOT pay for shipping of any returned items.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request. Replacements for defective items will be shipped directly back to you at no charge. If your product is NOT defective, you have the choice of a refund less the restocking fee (There is a 20% restocking fee if an item is returned without any defects) or we will re-ship your original purchase back to you at no charge. 

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt

TASER® Branded Products

 

Opened TASER® branded products and accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded by us here at iStunyou.com. Please contact us for assistance and direction with this product by email at support@iStunyou.com or calling us toll free at 1-877-731-5665. We will do our best to assist you in any concerns or problems you may be having.


IMPORTANT: An adult signature may be required upon delivery since all TASER
® branded products require a background check and registration.

IMPORTANT: Since all TASER® branded products are registered with the manufacturer, warranty on these devices will be serviced directly by the manufacturer. Please contact support@iStunyou.com or Distinct Marketing, LLC  to direct you to the proper service department.


IMPORTANT:  Do not under any circumstances disassemble the product. Disassembling the product will void any warranty and refund privilege.


Pepper Sprays

Due to the nature of the product, pepper spray cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
